What we are looking for:
A friendly, responsive, and customer focused Customer Support Representative to provide warm and engaging customer service to ministry partners and external contacts by efficiently responding to calls and emails. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of basic principles of the Christian faith, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, including:
- Experience answering calls, emails, and website inquiries in a timely and professional manner and ability to keep accurate records.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to communicate effectively with donors, volunteers, and other stakeholders.
